The Challenge Zone will issue a monthly challenge which will give participants an opportunity to try different activities to help avoid getting in an exercise rut. Having fun is the key to sticking with any fitness program, and FitQuest promotes active lifestyles by offering participants a different point of view about exercise. Exercising is about being active, and activity in any form offers you opportunities to become more fit, spend more quality time with friends and family, and get more overall enjoyment from life.
