Not eating your fruits? ……Your vitamin C and fiber intake may be low.  Vitamin C can also help you fight cancer and prevent heart disease AND it helps cuts and wounds heal quickly.  Fiber helps your body get rid of waste products and keeps you regular.  Eat fruit at least 3 times each day.
